Complete your account, become a member, renew your membership. Manage your own data anytime.

Go to membership

To access your membership information, select the Account button on the top right of your screen. Then select My Account. From here you can access the Membership page.

Completing your account

When first signing up, Bilby will ask for information based on what a Partner has requested. For example, a Partner might want you to provide Emergency Contact, Insurance Status or agreeing to terms before your account is considered complete.

To check what information is needed, use go to the membership page and follow the prompts.

Membership products

Once your account is complete, you can view available membership products. When you are within 1 month of your membership expiry date, certain products will become available. These typically extend your membership by a duration.

Membership products offer perks such as booking credits for paid activities. Read the product descriptions for full inclusions.
