Activity Management
In some cases groups allow trusted members to run activities on their behalf. This article helps you with the general activity mangement.
Super Admin users, and Activity Officers have access to creating activities by default. For general users of the system, some partners can provide access to activities. To check if you have access to activities on your account, go to My Account and check in the menu if you can see Activities on the sidebar.

If you can see activities, click on that button. Next, see if you have the ability to access activities by looking for this button.
INFO
If you do not have access to activities -> send a help and support request to see how you can run activities with your group.
Creating a new activity
Bilby only needs an activity title, a start date and an activity type to get started with creating an activity. Groups can run several different types of activities.
Once you've created your activity Bilby will place that into Draft mode and make it unpublished.

Publishing an activity
To publish an activity you simply need to take it out of draft mode. Select the change status button at the top of the page and select Open to public to start taking bookings. If you want to limit the activity to Members only, then select that option.
The activity will be published.
Cloning an activity
Once you have a full database of activities that you have previously run, you can easily clone an activity to run it again. This will copy all your configurations across for an activity without doing any extra work.
Find the "More Options" button on the main activity details screen, you will find it with the 3 ellipsis where the action buttons appear.
Select the Clone activity option, and then select the new starting date.
